HAPPY NEW YEAR – HAPPY NEW BEER!
Hope everyone had a great New Year’s celebration complete with bubbly – beer that is! Joe has been so busy in the brew house that deciding on a beer is quite a process these days. Just look at what he has been up to:
Translation on the fine print: Besides our own Galloping Gertie Golden Ale, Amber, Turkish Coffee Stout, Old Ale, Giant Pacific Octopus IPA, Post Tension Porter, Channary Imperial Red, and Rusalka Imperial Stout, we have a few guest taps again! Those are Bale Breaker Field 41, Rainy Daze Black IPA and Ginger Snapper, Lost Abbey Devotion, Lindeman’s Raspberry Lambic, and Elysian Immortal IPA! Expect to see our guest taps change out a couple of times a month. In our Narrows Brewing list, you may have noticed Rusalka Imperial Stout. Let me introduce her! She is the next in our Siren Series.
Her legend says that the King was unsatisfied with common ales, so brewers summoned Rusalka, who by coming her hair in a lightening storm could create the flavors needed to impress. And she does! Come on down to the brew house and meet Rusalka!
