BREW NEWS – JUNE 2016 – BRIDGING IDEAS, BRIDGING TASTE

Taproom

We soggy Northwesterners have finally made it to summer, and that means it’s also Farmer’s Market season.  Mike will be making a weekly visit to local markets and coming back with something interesting to add to our Galloping Gertie Ale, infusing it will a taste of liquid summer.  It may be a root, a berry, or an herb.  We’ll be calling this refreshing concoction “Fresh Farmer’s Market Beer”  Last week’s brew infusion was fresh mint from Steilacoom’s market.  You never what he’ll find!  Keep on trippin’ Mike!

Besides these Farmer’s Market finds, Mike has brewed up this cool brew, Bloody Orange Ale.  Our release is this Friday, June 19th.  A definite must try!
