BREW NEWS – OCTOBER 2014 – BRIDGING IDEAS, BRIDGING TASTE

Taproom

The first siren in our Siren Series, Channary, will make her brewery debut this Friday as we bottle this Imperial Red Ale. She’s a full bodied 9.3 abv ale that gets her red color from dark caramel and heavily roasted chocolate malts.  She gets her flavor from a generous hop addition.  A truly palate pleasing blend!  Her legend has it that to escape a life of boredom and sobriety, young women jumped into a full moon’s moonbeam and were transformed into sirens.  These maidens would cry tears of pearls when they were most happy. Looking closely at our label, you will find all the components of this mythical legend. And not only will this beauty be available here in the Taproom, but you can also find Channary at local stores! Check out our “Find Our Beers” tab on the Beer page to see where our beers can be found.
